In the article titled “Arabic validation of problematic use of mobile phone scale among university students in Saudi Arabia”, published on pages 101-106, Issue 2, Volume 3 in Journal of Nature and Science of Medicine[1], the Ethical Consideration statement and the Patient Consent Declaration statement were missing. The Ethical Consideration statement and Patient Consent Declaration statement should read as follows:

Ethical Consideration statement: “The Research and Ethical Committee approved the present study. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants in the study. The research and its purpose were explained to the participants, who were also informed that the extracted information would be used only for research purposes and kept confidential. Participation in the study was voluntary.”

Patient Consent Declaration statement: “The authors certify that they have obtained all appropriate patient consent forms. In the form the patient(s) has/have given his/her/their consent for his/her/their images and other clinical information to be reported in the journal. The patients understand that their names and initials will not be published and due efforts will be made to conceal their identity, but anonymity cannot be guaranteed.”
